So... it wasn't really Shakespeare... but it made for a very lovely evening. Re thing #11: go to a play... Last night, Ed and I attended a performance of The Last Romance... a world premiere of a romantic comedy by Joe DiPietro at The New Theatre.

Earlier this week, Ed remembered that we had been given a gift of a pair of tickets to The New Theatre many (many) months ago (almost a year ago!). We enjoyed a wonderful evening... wine, laughter, good food, and an evening with my sweetie. Life is truly good.

Interestingly, Mrs. C. (yes, that Mrs. C... Mrs. Cunningham of Happy Days fame) was the lead in this heartwarming boy-meets-girl comedy. The humor arose from the foibles of the boy being 82... and the girl being 79.

Ed did a bit of internet re-con when we returned home and learned that Marion Ross is 79 in real-life... and that her on-stage flame is also her real-life sweetie. If you're looking for a bit of light-hearted fun, this could be your evening!
