Remember the old periodic table of the elements from high school chemistry class? I received a table of condiments that periodically go bad in my email today! Very clever. Supposedly developed for a 1997 calendar diary for 1997, the concept and design was by Dana Arnett, Ken Fox, Fletcher Martin and John Naresky of VSA Partners, Chicago. (I have no idea who these folks are... I just want to give credit where credit is due.)
Handy reference...but not guaranteed.
