Memorial Day. We took a walk to a park just a few blocks from the hotel to view World War II and Vietnam memorials. The flagpole and flag below, was part of a monument honoring Alaska World War II Veterans.

A group of Vietnam Veterans placed the wreaths below at the foot of the memorial honoring Alaska Vietnam Veterans.

.It was an honor to be able to spend the day with Ed's colleagues from the 710... many of whom are Veterans, themselves. They all got together for a bit of R&R late Monday afternoon and bowled a couple of games at the Center Bowl.

What form! I'm not quite sure what the glare is in the photo below, but check him out... I'm just sure he threw a STRIKE!
